IN THE ATTIC 2

Great news, the CD burner worked, and I've done some more on my new song, I've wanted to write this song for ages, I've written the title in many of my song book's, but until now, haven't found the song. Well, the song is called 'Bacteria', I won't explain any further, apart from saying it's a bit punky and I'm working on it at the moment, thank's to everyone for giving me great feedback, I really appreciate it.

But, much more importantly, the show is back, you don't have to wait any longer, below I've posted a link, just in case, IN THE ATTIC 2 starts tomorrow at 7pm London time.

To watch the show you will need to click here to view.

Hope everyone gets a great feed, please leave any request's you have of me here, song's you'd like to hear etc...GMaS

Hi Mikey, just got my broadband connected today. Dial up has been so slow. So I can now get back into some serious Blogging again. Still need to sort the house out as we moved recently. More importantly got connected in time for ITA tomorrow. Can't wait to hear you laughing again and Rachel and yourself bouncing off one another (you know what I mean). So good luck and love to Rene. Mikey,

How about Ventura Highway? I heard it tonight on the radio, and I think it would suit your style of singing.

Mikey,

I'm really looking forward to In The Attic 2 tomorrow, it will be so great to watch you and Rachel again.

Sorry I haven't commented on your site for awhile but ever since I finished my long poem "New Orleans" and posted it on my blog, I've been writing song lyrics like crazy! I've even finished lyrics for songs that I've had around for 10 years and hadn't been able to finish! It seems obvious, but I finally realized that writing is just like guitar playing - you have to practice (alot) and then the good stuff will come.

As you said, it's great to have new material, so I really hope you play the new songs that you are most excited about on In The Attic.

I also can't say enough about the terrific artwork that you've posted. I know you need to focus on your music right now, but there must be a way to tie the two together and use all of your strengths.

Cheers mate and have a terrific show tomorrow,

Tom

From across the oceans I'm singing 'PLASTICIEEENNEEN in her pocket...."

Hi Mikey dear,

My special request is that you smile at the camera and make a goofy gesture (like in "Tales from the Crematorium"). I love your goofy side.

Hugs,

Way cool drawing. Drew me right into it. Really like the way it moves.

Could you please plug BallerinaGurl's chat tonight? She hasn't been feeling well and I have simply not had the time to do the PR for tonights chat. I would sure appreciate it. Thank you.

Less than 5 hours to go and counting.

Peace, love and light to you and yours,

Mikey,
It was so nice to see you today. But, my picture and sound died during Tourist!!!!
I guess there is too much internet traffic around here.
Pete said you have feed for 500, I bet more than that is logged on. That would be very COOL! But, sad for me, I don't think I'll be able to see ITA with out hiccups or absolute death, like today!
Anyway, just wanted to send regards and give you a shout!

Mikey, you were SO GREAT on In The Attic today! WOWOWOOWOW!

I especially loved that song, "We Will Fix It." You really TOOK me somewhere. I can't explain it. That song is hypnotizing. You have this way of creating things (music and drawings) that are happy and sad at the same time. There's a longing and...something...some vibe you put out. Maybe I'll get better at pinpointing what I mean as time goes by. Anyway, I dig it.

And, erm, well, I am a little bit knocked out of my socks that you looked at the camera and said "Good old Natalie." See...she is me!

How about I will wear my "rachel made me do it" t-shirt WHILE I walk over those hot coals. Then can I get a piece of yer art?

;-)

Much Love,
-Natalie

Mikey,

Are you coming over to the States when the WHO tours with Rachel's In The Attic? I hope so. Cool guitar progressions on We Will Fix It.

Drop an email over to infowebsitejfs@aol.com or say hi on the blog.

Hey, loved you on ITA and just wanted to let you know I have a friend named Rene (same exact spelling). Very cool people with beautiful hearts (according to my friend). Ahh.

Otherwise, you not only write probably the best lyrics (I have said this before), but you can really truly paint and draw and I wish you to seek exhibit space. Really. I work for a living, but I write far better stories and poems (for one) and I guess my second artistic outlet would be my terse humor. There's two, minimum, I think; two crafts for creatives. We can't always keep the one going ... so there's the other, and with that I know I am sounding redundant.

Awesome show Mikey. Glad to have you all back in my life on Wednesdays. It is really quite special.
Loved the new song and Tourist is always great.
I am very excited that you will be touring soon. Hopefully I can get you all to perform at my venue. I have submitted a prposal and we shall see what happens. I humbly believe that I serve the best burger around, maybe you all can validate my suspicions.

Is the Song from Rough Mix, Keep me Turning. I think covering a Pete song would be a great segment for Plunder the Covers.

Thanks so much for being so good to all of us. It really makes a difference.
