What's going on?

What's going on? Yesterday, I reached my highest position so far on the IAC, number 3 on the Alternative chart. I was over the moon, as you can imagine, but then last night, whilst Rene was on the computer, I heard her say that I had gone down to 9 on the chart. How could this be possible I thought, dropping six places in only a couple of hours.
Well, I suppose it serves me right, getting all excited like that. It is a shame though, silly or what.
Anyway, no art today folk's.
Hey, but thanks to all of you for still playing the songs, I love knowing that they are being listened to. Stay healthy and happy people and GMaS.

PS: Put 1st of March in your diary's everybody, IN THE ATTIC is back!
And, I particularly loved the Marvin Gaye song 'What's going on?', an absolute gem....That's all.

You are such a talented visual artist, I'm impressed. What the heck are you doing in music? :)

The Alternative chart seems to change quite frequently. I'm currently pushing Sturmer's band Blonde From Fargo, and they have been sliding all around. The Alternative Modern chart seems to be more consistant.

They have an asp session cookie. I'm not sure what the criteria is for the count.

Better to be #3 than to never be #3.

Dear Mikey

What's going on is that, no matter what number you are at on the charts, there are those of us out here that simply love your music for what it is!
It's a win-win situation when you enjoy what you're doing & those around you can enjoy it equally as well!

Keep on singin'...

Don't worry about your chart number to have been #3 is great, you know you made it there and we will keep listening to what you gift us with on the IAC. Remember some of the greatest musicians out there never acheived chart success or award success yet they are a huge household name none the less (who could I be refering to?)Just keep putting your art out there it will stick! Congratulations on all your success! Can't wait till March 1!

If I were to have a song on any chart, be it a dart board (I've always thought of a dart board as a chart), the song would do just as yours--rise and dip--and much, much, muchworse.

Thanks for the heads up on the Attic. Marked.
