The Face of an Angel.
Here's a picture of my newest nephew, Jed Michael Cuthbert. What can I say, apart from, he's the best looking baby that I have ever seen in all my years.
I'm sitting here with my brother Shaun, while he waits to go back to the hospital, I've shown him your beautiful comments, and he wants to say thankyou to everyone out there.
Both mother and baby are doing well, and brother Shaun can't get the beaming smile off his face. Well done Shauny, and Lisa, and especially the star of the show here, Jed.
Shaun say's it's the best birthday present he has ever had.

that's very sweet. Ken Kesey's youngest son was named Jed, my Dad's band had a song 'Tennessee Jed' great name. Wish you brother the best from everyone in the Grateful Dead family.

He is beautiful. My husband holds all of our friend's newborns,so I can't. He knows it makes me start wanting another. As I chant my mantra..."five's enough." Tell them to enjoy him. The time passes so quickly, so hold him all the time, never let him cry, and don't complain how tired you are. In what seems an instant, they will be walking and not wanting to be held much anymore. It is a beautiful time. Congraulations.

Thanks everyone, I'm glad you all agree. I went to see him this afternoon, and held him for ages, his eyes are wide open, and he's got great big hands and feet, with a really strong grip. He's also got a bruise on his head where they had to suck him out. Poor little love, and still he doesn't cry, but he's always hungry and won't let Lisa rest for a minute.
My first newphew is called Ryan, then theres Jade and Veronique, my neices, then Luke, Indy and Fred. Also Ryan has a son called Ethan, does that make me a great uncle? Well now we have Jed as well.

My what a handsome lad he is! Congratulations Uncle Mikey, Shaun and Lisa. Zed really is an angel. Giving birth is the closest thing in life to a miricle and you don't even have to get out of bed for it.
I would like to invite you all to come out and enjoy my good friend Beverly Shideler's showing of her architectural ceramic sculpture samples at Plumpton Green Village Hall on November 3rd from 7:30 p.m. till 9:30 p.m. She is really a fine American sculptor and it is a show worth seeing for sure. Dude, that blew me away. I have a similar situation with my sister.
I know I am not bad. I know I am a good..no a great person. Not perfect, but I am finding my way and it is good. But, my sister, well, nothing I do is right by her.
Anyway, that was very, very cool. I would love to hear that song much much more.
