BLOG LOCK
I would like to start this blog by saying that I completely empathise with the people having problem's with lost comment's, I really appreciate you taking the time, and writing it again, I know how hard it is. I know that I am a pretty slack blogger, but the other day I sat down and done a blog, where I explained what a lovely weekend I had had with Rene and my Father in the country, how the builder's had returned, and all of a sudden are working at a terrific pace, so the end's in sight... But when I posted, it was lost, and I know people will say that I should write it in word first or something else, but I didn't, and I lost the blog. I turned away from the computer in disgust, how funny.But now I have returned, verve restored. I've spent the last couple of day's soaking up the sun on the beach, and working on some music, I have a new song in the pipeline, but it's early days.
The tour grow's closer and closer, I'm really looking forward to the show on tuesday, it's going to be amazing, my EP is nearly ready, I'm totally excited, I hope people buy it and like it more importantly.
I've posted a picture that I took whilst up at my Mum's boat, it's of canal lock's door's, I thought they looked good.
Thankyou to everyone posting on the last blog, I love reading them, I hope everyone is well and happy, take care you lot and GMaS.

Oh, blogger has been slow as hell these past few days, I completely understand your frustration! It seems to be back up to speed now though, thankfully.
Anyway, I'm so excited to see you guys at Hyde Park! ...Actually, I'm hoping there is in fact a way to see you guys, as in you and Rachel -- are you going to have a tent set up or something or are you going to be doing the show completely backstage? Well either way, I will definitely be one of many who will be purchasing your EP! I can't wait to hear the music.
I'm going to the UK in just about 10 days! London in 16 days...just can't wait! Glad to hear you too are excited about everything coming up...I hope you have a great time on the road! ♥

Hi Mikey, yes bloody frustrating this Blogging lark can be at times. Lots of positives for you at the moment which is great and long may they last. Just a week tomorrow until the Brighton gig which I presume the ITA roadshow will be at. And a little message to Dan L in the post above. Mikey is one of the sincerest guys you'll meet. I use Blog for Word, little add-on thingy on blogger and it's very effective. I also "Save as Draft" often, when I have a large blog with lots of pics. Or, I copy and paste on a Word document the HTML. All that guarantees that my blog will not be lost. Because I too have been burned. I remember a huge post from Amsterdam....I was a newby blogger then, lol.
Hey will you be at Leeds Uni? I managed to get a ticket for the gig, it's going to be FAB!

hey Mikey, not long now until I get over there and join the Attic gang. Can't tell you how excitied I am. Plan on leaving any jet lag my body might feel somewhere over the Atlantic as it looks like Monday when I arrive I will hit the ground running.

There was trouble with Blogger this week, but I think they have it sorted out now. I commend those technicians who do that completely for our benefit!

I understand your frustration - the same thing has happened to me, and my geeky :) husband says,"why don't you write it in Word first???" I actually did that the other night because Blogger has been misbehaving. I finished one post but couldn't post pictures and it was really frustrating. Oh well at least the written part has been saved.
Very very cool shot. I love your photos so much. They inspire me. I save them on my computer! I love photography. Someday I'll start trying harder and learn more about it. I just wing it. I used to have an SLR, telephoto, etc. Now I just use a digital and point and shoot. The cool thing is you can get 35 mm Nikons for a song now! Maybe I need to get one...
Speaking of cameras, I went to see a Broadway play tonight starring Ralph Fiennes (The Healer) it was heavy - 4 mononlogues, 3 person cast. Anyway, we waited by the stage door to catch a glimpse of him and he was gracious and signed autgraphs, and this girl took a picture of him w/ a 35 mm w/ a huge flash RIGHT in his face! How incredibly rude! I couldn't believe it. I was so mad. He was so sweet - smiling the entire time and signed away. I just watched him (with hearts in my eyes!).

I like your picture. First I thought it was a painting. Since years I made pictures with my "Canon A1" and I know it's not easy to make such a good picture. My camera is not digital and therefore I can't publish pictures on my blog, but I try to find a way. Now I'm waiting to see ITA in the comming week. Hope you play "Tourist".

As the tour grows near and throughout, just wanted to shout here to wish you well. I am a little jealous you can soak up some rays, as it's chilly here in Michigan. I know your eel pie EP will do well, and by the end your home will be complete and you'll find yourself (I'm in no doubt) again on the shore beneath warm rays.
